UK Business Incubation (UKBI) has been the UK’s principal authority on business incubation, business incubation development and best practice since 1998.

NEF: The Innovation Institute Accreditation

The University of Plymouth is the first higher education institution in the country to receive accreditation from NEF. Among the areas that led to the award are the entrepreneurial experience of the centre managers, the focus and support for client businesses, particularly young entrepreneurs, and the use of things like business competitions and entrepreneurs-in-residence.

NEF: The Innovation Institute brings together the New Engineering Foundation (NEF) and the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (IKE) to create innovative strategies, conduct accreditations and deliver professional development programmes.
