About Us
Formation Zone launched in 2008 as a way of providing support to creative start-ups. Since then, we have grown to support many more sectors and offer office-space and business support in locations across Plymouth and Cornwall.
In Plymouth, businesses can choose between two reputable locations, with affordable desk space available to rent in both our on campus, City Centre hub and our new space at Plymouth Science Park.
Formation Zone is an initiative of the University of Plymouth, and is run by the Research & Innovation directorate at the University of Plymouth as part of The Cube: Business Creation & Growth Services support for businesses, students and graduates.
We also enjoy a strong partnership with Santander Universities, who support our work with students and graduates.
